Abstract
Transverse structure of the nucleon as probed in the hard exclusive processes plays a critical role in understanding the structure of the underlying events in hard collisions at the LHC, and multiparton interactions. I summarize some results of our recent studies of manifestation of transverse nucleon structure in the hard collisions at the LHC, new generalized parton distributions involved in multiparton interactions, and an important role of double-parton interactions in the two pion production in pp and d-Au collisions at RHIC.
