Abstract

This case report describes a patient with esophageal carcinoma and tumor-associated gastroparesis. The radionuclide gastric emptying study diagnosed very delayed liquid and solid gastric emptying. Metoclopramide was administered intravenously during the study and was able to predict a good response to oral therapy. \ 1989 Plenum Publishing Corporation.
