Abstract

This article comprises an overview of popular culture as it operates as a site of informal adult learning. The article includes a brief synopsis of the historical connections between adult education and cultural studies, select examples of recent empirical and theoretical literature within adult education, and concludes with suggestions for future explorations into adult learning via popular culture.
