Abstract
We report on 4 pubertal boys with benign unilateral testicular enlargement. None had a history of cryptorchidism, although 2 had had previous inguinal or scrotal surgery. Three boys have been followed for more than 2 years uneventfully, although the size discrepancy has persisted in 2.
