Abstract
We have measured 17O-nuclear spin-lattice relaxation rate T1-1 in the superconducting state of Sr2 RuO4. A large enhancement of T1-1 was observed in the mixed state, affected by the thermally enhanced fluctuation of vortices. T1 has two major components well below Tc: a shorter-T1 component comes from the oxygen sites close to the vortices, whereas a longer-T1 component is from the sites far from the vortices. A peak of (T1 T)-1 appears when the thermal fluctuation rate τ-1 become comparable to the NMR frequency.
