Abstract
Paige Andrew, librarian at the Pennsylvania State University, shares his views on the activities of the Map and Geospatial Information Round Table (MAGIRT) of the American Library Association (ALA). Paige Andrew is the presiding chairman of MAGIRT who has detailed information regarding the activities of around 300 professionals within MAGIRT and their future plans. One of the most significant activities of MAGIRT in 2014 has been setting up and delivering a series of educational webinars to benefit map librarians and any librarian who works with geospatial data and maps at different levels.
